Program Compliance Statement

It is the policy of HLM Acquisitions, LLC (HLMA) to prohibit and actively prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other finance-related criminal activities. Our anti-money laundering policies, procedures and internal controls are designed to ensure compliance with all applicable Bank Secrecy Act regulations. To this end, HLMA undergoes a quarterly review of our compliance program to account for changes in our business and regulations.
